Karate Quest Tigers (Ages 3-4) and Karate Quest Dragons (Ages 5-6):
Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 Pm

This class develops the young students ability to listen, follow and do the basic skills of a Martial Artist. The classes are age appropriate with a child safety curriculum and is taught in a way that the repetition is masked as play through the games, drills and challenging obstacles for motor skill development. This is a phenomenal class for the preschool age child.

Karate Quest Kids (Ages 7-11):
Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 PM

This class is where the fundamentals of Chinese Kenpo Karate are taught and lays the foundation of a serious Martial Artist who is beginning a path to Black Belt. The physical and mental skills required to advance are covered together with drills that keep the classes fun and exciting for the young Martial Artist. The Self-Defense aspect of the training has a foundation of conflict avoidance and heightened awareness of potential risk so as to avoid the need for the physical skills that they are taught together with the knowledge of when they must apply them. With a curriculum that prepares the students to be better members of their family and better citizens of their community and nation this class is every bit as important to a child’s development as their academic learning.

Karate Quest Teens (Ages 12-15):
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM

The Karate Quest Teens class focuses on a solid Self-Defense curriculum and personal mastery of goal setting and leadership skills. In essence the Karate Quest Teens are training to be future adults armed with all of the skills necessary to negotiate the world they live in wherever they may go. The Karate Quest Teens may also earn the privilege of training in the adult class prior to their 16th birthday.

Karate Quest Adults:
Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 PM

The Karate Quest Adults is a complete Self-Defense class that provides fitness, fun and unparalleled skills that can save your life someday should you ever have to use them. Of course, a common sense approach to avoiding potential risk is covered at every turn. This course benefits not only from the premier system of Self-Defense system, but the instructor’s real world insights and experience as a Deputy, Detective, and U.S. Secret Service Special Agent and Defensive/Control Tactics Instructor. Modern Arnis:
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
Tuedays and Wednesdays at 7:00 PM

Modern Arnis is an advanced system that specializes in stick and knife tactics. While many martial arts have a few concepts, often unproven, for dealing with such weapons, Modern Arnis is a solid solution. The many skills and drills are a lot of fun while learning a practical approach to solving attacks with the most common weapons available in our society.

Karate Quest Fitness Boot Camp:
Monday through Friday at 5:00 PM

The Karate Quest Fitness Boot Camp is taught by a certified fitness kickboxing instructor and trainer who assist with setting baseline fitness goals and creating measurable results. This class is a lot of fun and runs head to head with the the Monday and Wednesday sessions of the Karate Quest Kids class and is a big hit with many of the parents in the school.

Karate Quest Law Enforcement Only:
Most Tuesdays at 8:00 PM

This is a training time for current Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs). Participants range from Local Reserves to Federal Agents and is a melting pot of the most advanced contemporary training methods to keep our public servants at their best. This training time is free of charge for all current LEOs.

    Nice to see that you were able to make this dream of yours a thriving reality. Good for you, my friend. I hope you and yours are all doing great.

    Sam and I just had our second child (Jacob) and his big brother (Robby) is thrilled. We’re still in Kirkland though my t-number is expected any day for a move back to DC.
